Singapore Local Delivery

Non-Frozen Items
Order $59 and above to get free door-step delivery (except for remote areas). For orders below $59, a flat delivery fee of $5 applies.

Frozen Food
Frozen Foods require a special handling delivery, please read carefully before you place the order.
Deliver within 1-3 working days from 2-6pm on WED-SAT ONLY. If you require other delivery timing or specific weekdays please leave a message at check out.

  • We will NOT be able to leave frozen food at your door, as the is significant chance of contamination or food spoilage, please make sure someone at home to collect your frozen food. Re-delivery will be subjected to flat rate charges of $25.00

Deliveries are from Mon - Sat for Non Frozen Items and Wed - Sat for Frozen Foods (excluding PH eve & PH). For urgent orders, you can contact us for a special arrangement at a fee ($10-$30 depends on your location).

Out of stock items

If one or more of the items you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via WhatsApp. You can make changes to your order or request for a full refund.

However, do note that if the order amount becomes less than $59, a flat $5 delivery fee applies.

International Delivery

Available automatic weights shipment for certain country. however, if the items fall above the stated weight, we will contact you for further details or necessary action if required.

After we received your order, we will send you a confirmation email, please acknowledge the email by simply replying back the email we sent. If no reply received, order will be cancelled and there will be 10% restocking fees.

For other international Shipping please email or WhatsApp us with the item(s) that you would like to purchase together with your delivery address. We will get back to you within 2-5 working day with a delivery cost and estimated transit time. Please don't choose the Singapore delivery and key in your overseas delivery, if you did, your order will be cancelled with 20% restocking fees.

Alternatively, if you have your forwarder, you may use your Singapore forwarder too.

Please Note that liquid items are not be able to ship to overseas from Singapore. For Pet Supplements & treats, do check your custom regulation before you place an order with us, we will not be held for responsible if your order is confiscated due to the immigration regulations. any taxes incurred during import will be paid by buyer. if any parcel returned back to us, we will only refund the product(s) cost after 5% restocking fees and no refund for shipping fees as it has incurred shipping fees to send it over. any return shipping fees will paid by buyer at buyer cost.

Singapore Delivery Lead Times

Current lead times for delivery is 2-5 days depending on item in your orders.

Some items are usually will take additional 1-7 days to retrieve your order from our warehouse. However, we will try our best to ship out as soon as possible.

Most of our items are usually ship out the next day and expecting the parcel to arrive 1-3 working days after courier pick up scheduled (except Weekends, PH eve & PH). Fulfilment time will be cut off at 12PM daily.

International Lead Times

International Shipping will take a minimum of 10 working days and subjected to delay due to peak seasons or other reasons. You will receive shipping notification on your email once we shipped out your order. You can use the tracking to track your order.

We are not responsible of any delay caused by the transit and any lost parcel by your local delivery service.

Return, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

Overseas shipment are not be able to be cancelled or refund after order is confirmed. when you purchased from overseas, this clause is covered under our terms & conditions before you check out.

To be eligible for a return/refund/exchange.

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags INTACT not cut off, with plastic wrapping (if any and unopened) and in its original packaging (NO furs, NO scratch, NO stain, NO tear).
  • Any of the tags, or wrapping must be unopened, good condition meaning not torn and damages (NO furs, NO scratch, NO stain, NO tear).
  • We are not be able to process if your item is purchased during clearance, pop-up, live streaming, bundles, with gift card, pre-order or received as gift.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and within 7 days after the delivery delivered dates.

NO EXCHANGE OR RETURN FOR ANY WEARABLES ACCESSORIES (INCLUDING CARRIER), BED, PERISHABLES ITEMS LIKE FOOD, TREATS, SUPPLEMENTS, ANY LIQUID OR BALM ITEMS.

NO CANCELLATION ONCE ORDER IS CONFIRMED. HOWEVER, WE DESERVE THE RIGHTS TO CANCEL ANY ORDER WHEN NECESSARY TO PREVENT FURTHER INCONVENIENCE FOR BOTH PARTIES.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, do contact us directly to WhatsApp us within 7 days after the delivery date. we will not be able to do any exchange/refund if it is more than 7 days.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as treats, supplements & other food related), wearables accessories (such as leash, collars, harness, carrier, etc) and personal care goods (such as liquid / balm product) & Bed. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, preordered or gift cards and any goods that is not in original shape.

An Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Once we received the return parcel, we will make changes on your current order and update you the status of the exchange.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return after 3-14 working days and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method after deducting 10% restocking fees & delivery fees.

How much will you get back?

Clean, moisturise, kill germs, and protect against fleas, ticks, and bugs all in one easy step with our uniquely formulated Luxe Rinse-Free Paw Cleanser.

Ideal to use after a lovely day out to cleanse and sanitise your pet’s paws before entering your abode without the hassle of rinsing.

Made from high quality Ecocert-approved natural ingredients and Ultra-low Daltons Hyaluronic Acid, Silk Amino Proteins, and Active Zinc Complex (bio-based) to gently cleanse, moisturise and nourish paws. An enchanting scent of Lavender and Lemongrass (100% organic essential oils) leave a natural uplifting but calming fragrance while repelling fleas, ticks and bugs.

The washable and detachable silicon brush head of the bottle enables easy application of the foam and a gentle massage of the paws to effectively remove dirt, mud and grime. Formulated to be pH balanced and safe for dogs and cats.

Our Luxe Pets range was created with the purpose of improving upon our popular Pets range formulation with the best cosmetic and haircare ingredients available. The enhanced ingredients in the range includes cold-pressed organic Argan Oil from Morroco, Ultra-low Dalton Hyaluronic Acid, and Ultra-low Dalton Silk Amino Proteins.

Working with a leading aromatherapist in the region, we have also formulated our first Luxe Pets scent to be an exquisite blend of English Lavender and Lemongrass (100% organic essential oils). This endows the formulation with a lovely top note of Lemongrass with a heart of English Lavender, providing a sense of uplifting calmness. Most importantly, this unique blend also offers functional protection from fleas and ticks, and is suitable for both cats and dogs.

Our Ingredients:

Moroccan Argan Oil

Moroccan argan oil is a centuries-old beauty secret, and is called ‘the tree of life’ by the local residents of Morocco. The pure organic argan oil we use is a cosmetic grade rare and precious oil that is harvested and cold-press extracted from the nut of the argan tree.

This exquisite oil is one of the most effective and highly penetrative natural moisturizers for skin and hair known to the cosmetics industry, and found in many top beauty products for humans. The oil is rich in antioxidants, essential fatty acids, minerals, and nutrients that combat dry skin and improves overall skin and fur quality. It also improves fur elasticity and restores shine, leaving fur beautiful, shiny, and well-nourished with every use. In addition, it also protects your pet’s coat from damaging UV rays and neutralises free-radicals.

Argan oil is also hypoallergenic, absorbs quickly, has a light non-greasy feel, and is ideal for daily use to luxuriously hydrate and infuse your pet’s fur and skin with moisture.

Hyaluronic Acid

Naturally found in our body especially in the joints and skin, hyaluronic acid gives our skin its youthful plumpness and hair its sheen and suppleness. It is often used as the active ingredient for anti-ageing skincare products for humans. Hyaluronic acid can hold up to 1,000 times its weight in water, and thus acts as a water reservoir for the skin and hair cells to prevent dryness and dehydration.

The most effective hyaluronic acid is the one with the lowest molecular weight (daltons) which penetrates deeper into the cells of skin and hair. The deeper hyaluronic acid goes into the skin/fur, the better the results, resulting in skin which is softer, plumper in texture, and fur which is well hydrated with improved sheen.

The hyaluronic acid we use is food-grade, with ultra-low Da (daltons), so as to be most effective at penetrating and deeply hydrating the skin and fur of our furry companions. In fact, the quality of hyaluronic acid we use is found in facial serums and creams of top cosmetic products for humans.

Silk Amino Proteins

An active ingredient of many hair treatments, silk amino proteins offers many benefits, the main one being to restore and rebuild the keratin of fur, reviving its natural strength, moisture and silkiness. Fur is composed of 95% keratin, a fibrous and helical protein and which gives fur its main structure and strength.

This fur revival is achieved through the silk protein’s ability to simultaneously boost the tensile strength of fur, whilst endowing it with an additional layer of protection as it fill damaged gaps in the outer fur cuticle, which is its protective layer. Thanks to silk protein’s ability to repair damaged fur through increased keratin production and the incredible amount of water it can retain, it is as such able to boost both fur elasticity, volume, texture, and moisture.

Dull fur is typically a result of damage from too much sun exposure from UVA and UVB rays which oxidize the melanin, which causes fur to lose shine and feel dry. Silk proteins rebuilds the bonds that give fur shine and lay down broken cuticles to seal in the nutrients.

The Silk Amino Proteins we use is food-grade, and Ultra-low molecular weight (daltons), so as to have the most effective penetration of fur to deliver the hydration and repair they require. With improved elasticity, texture, and protection from the silk proteins in our Luxe Pets formulations, they make fur easier to manage and to groom naturally.

Active Zinc (bio-based)

We have incorporated a cutting-edge bio-based Active Zinc Complex into our Luxe formulation in order to naturally neutralise odours, kill germs, enhance cleaning efficacy, and protect from harmful ultra-violet rays from the sun.

Zinc compounds are used in cosmetic products for many of the benefits mentioned, and the unique bio-based Active Zinc Complex we use is made in America, biodegradable, gentle on skin, but yet highly effective.

Organic Lemongrass

(Cymbopogon Flexuosus) Essential Oil

Apart from having an amazing scent, Lemongrass is a very effective natural astringent (cleanser) with toning qualities which helps stimulate blood circulation and tone up dermal tissues while providing natural protection against microbes. It is also an analgesic, antidepressant, antimicrobial, antioxidant, antipyretic, antiseptic, astringent, bactericidal, deodorant, febrifuge, fungicidal, insecticidal.

The Lemongrass Essential Oil we use in our formulations is 100% pure and organic. It is effective in cleansing the fur whilst offering protection against yeast, fungus, microbes, and insects (fleas, ticks, lice, mosquitos). It is also one of the few essential oils regarded to be safe for both cats and dogs.

English Lavender

(Lavandula angustifolia) Essential Oil

Often associated with the famous purple fiends of Provence, English Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) is in fact not native to England but to the Mediterranean. It is one of the most well-loved Lavender scents in the world, and also have healing benefits for our furry companions.

Lavender essential oil have long been used by aromatherapists to reduce stress, reduce anxiety and uplift mood. It is a popular essential oil used by all-natural pet grooming companies due to benefits such as deodorising, repelling fleas and ticks, helping with anxiety, motion sickness, and even insomnia. It is one of the gentlest oils around, having a natural sedative, calming and soothing properties which can help with deeper and more restful sleep. It is also often used to soothe pain from small wounds, burns, and bites, treat dry itchy skin.

The English Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) essential oil we use in our formulations is 100% pure and organic, smell divine, and are also safe for both cats and dogs.

PRODUCT COLOURS & SIZING

Product colour may slightly vary due to lighting sources or individual monitor colour or brightness settings.

Product size may have 1-2cm differences due to manual measurement and handmade products.

Buyers must ensure they buy the correct size for their pet and check the item before cutting off any tags or labels, check if it fits properly prior to use. We are unable to take the responsibility for sizing errors. Please always refer to our size guide page on each products, most of them have the sizing measurement on their description. if your pet is on in between sizing, please size up and always allow 2 fingers allowance.

HAZARD

Certain packagings are considered as choking hazard. Plastic packaging, hang tags and similar item should always be cut, removed and kept out of the reach of children, they are likely to ingest or chew on the parts.

Always remove the packaging or hang tags before you let your pets play with it. it is pet owner responsible to keep these choking hazard items away from their pets or children.
